Monogramming 

Monogramming on The Sleepover pyjama sets are hand-customised to ensure they are truly unique and your own. Our workers ensure there is a high standard of quality control throughout the entire process. Please allow 3 working days for express orders and 5 working days for standard orders.

Sizing Guide

The Sleepover PJ Sets size ranges from Small to 2XL. We recommend should you be between sizes or unsure to go up a size to ensure a comfortable fit.

All measurements below are in centimetres (cm) and New Zealand Sizes.  

Women's Pyjama Sets

The hip measurements are a guideline only as our pyjama set shorts have an elastic waistband.

Please note the bust measurements are the maximum bust measurement. If you are looking at the Sienna and Georgie PJs and your bust measurement is exactly the same as on the chart it will be tight across your chest - please bear this in mind when choosing your size.

Shipping and Pre-Orders

All our orders are sent using Courier Post on an overnight service. You will be sent tracking details when your order is ready to be dispatched. Please allow an additional 1-3 working days for rural deliveries. Refer to the Courier Post website for any information regarding delays to their courier networks.

We offer an express processing service and a standard service. Please note, we do not include weekends and public holidays in our dispatch timeframes.

Express Processing:

  • No monogramming – dispatched next day
  • Monogramming – dispatched within 3 working days

Standard:

  • No monogramming – dispatched within 1-2 working days
  • Monogramming – dispatched within 5 working days

These timeframes may vary during sale periods (e.g. Black Friday, Boxing Day) and peak selling periods. If you require your items urgently please select our express processing service and make a note on your order or email us at hello@thesleepover.co.nz

Please note if your item is a PRE-ORDER they will be shipped accordingly to the expected dispatch date listed. We strive to adhere to these dates to the best of our ability however these times are subject to change if unexpected lead times or shipping delays occur. We will notify you if this is the case. 

If you are placing a single order that includes IN STOCK items and PRE-ORDER items , all items will be sent when the pre-order items are ready for shipment. If you require other items earlier please notify us by email at hello@thesleepover.co.nz

 

 

Bridal and Corporate Orders

The Sleepover loves to support Wedding Parties and Corporate Clients.

We offer special prices for our bridal parties and corporate clients. If you meet our minimum order of 5 sets, contact us for your special quote on your order.

We also allow for customised pyjama & robe fabric in a wide range of colours under certain quantities and conditions. For all bespoke order enquiries regarding a full customisation of your own set of pyjamas or robes for your business please contact hello@thesleepover.co.nz or click here for our contact form to get a quote on your customised bulk order.


Packaging

All of our robes are wrapped in tissue paper and sent to your nominated address in our custom pink courier bags. Please note, we have no control over how the parcel is handled during this delivery process.

Care Instructions 

All of our sleepwear is made from premium silky satin fabric. Made from 95% Polyester and 5% Spandex. We recommend a cold hand wash separated from other garments. Do not soak, bleach or tumble dry. Cool iron garment from the inside only. 


Refund Policy

Change of Mind Returns

We understand that shopping online can be difficult to get the sizing and fit right.

If you have purchased an item from us without any monogramming we are happy to provide you with an exchange or full refund on the item once returned to us.

Refunds will be will be reimbursed via the original payment method e.g. Credit Card, Afterpay, Genopay, Gift Voucher. These can take a few days to show up in your account.

Conditions of Returns:

  • The item(s) must be in its original condition with all tags still attached
  • The item(s) must be unworn, unwashed and have no marks or stains
  • The item(s) must be returned within 10 working days of receiving your order along with the packaging slip
  • The item(s) must not be monogrammed
  • Item(s) purchased from our Outlet cannot be exchanged or refunded.

We cannot provide a refund or exchange on products that have been monogrammed unless they are faulty or incorrect. Please reach out to our team at hello@thesleepover.co.nz if this is the case.

Postage for change of mind returns are at the customers expense. We recommend using a tracked courier service.

Faulty/Incorrect Items

We quality check all of our products prior to dispatch and are confident in the quality of our products before we send your parcel out to you.

If you have any faulty items or issues with your order please email us at hello@thesleepover.co.nz along with your order number and we will look into the issue for you.

Once assessed you may then send the item back to us and we will repair, exchange or refund the item for you. Refunds will be reimbursed via the original payment method you used.

Where an item is damaged through incorrect washing, misuse, neglect or abnormal use The Sleepover will not provide a refund, exchange or repair. 

Monogramming

Virtual monogramming via our product personaliser app on each product is for viewing purposes only. Despite every effort to provide accurate images of each products font, colour, size and design actual colours, fonts, sizes and positioning may vary slightly due to different device screen settings. 

Please email us if you wish to discuss your monogramming requirements before purchase. We are unable to provide refunds or exchanges on items that have been monogrammed unless they are faulty or incorrect.

Order Cancellations & Amendments

If you need to change colour, style, size, monogramming details or shipping address please notify us by email at hello@thesleepover.co.nz   

We are unable to amend or cancel orders once the monogramming process has begun so please choose carefully and ensure all spelling and colours are correct.

 


Gift Cards

Terms & Conditions for Gift Cards: Please treat this gift card like cash. Lost, stolen or damaged cards will not be replaced, refunded or redeemed. Not redeemable or refundable for cash. This gift card will expire in six months from the date of it's purchase. Any redeemable balance or expiry will not be redeemed or refunded. Our gift cards must be redeemed online using the provided code, as full or part payment of products. A gift voucher cannot be used to purchase further gift cards. This gift card has no value unless activated at the time of purchase. Afterpay and Genoapay cannot be used to pay for this gift card. Our gift cards have no additional processing fees.
